Brian is Director of Business Development on Microsoft’s Emerging Business Team, focusing on mobile and wireless start-ups spanning both consumer and enterprise technologies. Prior to Microsoft, Brian was an Engagement Manager with the Corporate Executive Board in Washington, D.C.
Brian holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a George F. Baker Scholar, and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Economics and French from Vanderbilt University

As an advisor and former Interim CFO to Naya Ventures, Gary helped structure and commenceits investing and fund raising operations and brings 25 years of merchant banking and corporate finance experience, including more than 50 closed financing and acquisition transactions. Gary most recently helped found and capitalize BGS Pharmacy Partners, where he also worked as VP Corporate Development and interim CFO from 2007 through 2010. Prior to BGS, Gary served as Director of Competitive Response for Essilor of America from 2004 to 2007, during which time he also helped found, capitalize and arrange for the sale of Creative Pharmacy Solutions. From 1999 through 2002, he worked as an Investment Officer in the Healthcare Group at Capitalsource.
Prior to founding FCA, Gary was Vice President of Adirondack Capital Advisors, a private merchant bank, from 1996 to 1999 and an Associate at Colman, Furlong & Co. from 1995 to 1996, where his work focused on the development and implementation of acquisition programs for two public corporations in the health care services industry. From 1993 to 1995 he was an Investment Banking Associate at Prudential Securities in the technology and health care groups. From 1989 to 1991, he was a Strategic Planning Associate with Pilkington Visioncare, Inc. (predecessor to SOLA/Zeiss). Preceding his tenure with Pilkington, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Prudential-Bache Capital Funding in San Francisco and New York from 1987 to 1989, where he supported the Healthcare and Technology industry groups.
Gary graduated from the University of Colorado in 1986 and earned an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA in 1993.
Manoj Vembu is plays a variety of roles for international companies, including Group Advisor - Gemini Group of companies, India, Director - SJ Engineers Renewable Energy Ltd, India and Director - VRV Global PTE Ltd, Singapore.
He brings his expertise as a Board level advisor to a variety of companies on their growth and expansion strategy, especially on Indo-US, Indo-UK, Indo-China, Indo-Japan joint ventures. In addition, he is experienced in business planning and advisory, cross border joint ventures, M&A, capital raising, IPO advisory, Due Diligence, Business Valuations, IFRS advisory & International Tax advisory. He has advised numerous corporations across a range of industries.
Prior to his current role, Manoj was a founding member and Vice President with MCA Management Consultants Ltd, Chennai, India, where he headed the business advisory and corporate finance vertical. Prior to founding of MCA Management Consultants Ltd, he was a partner with Manohar Chowdhry & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, India, where he led the Assurance, Tax & Consulting practice. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Madras. In addition, he is a Qualified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Advanced Software and Database Programmer.
As an advisory board member to Naya, Ravi Srinivas brings vast experience in Digital Media (AOL), Big Data Technology (Vertica), Financial Services (Spark Capital), and Retail (Weekender).
Prior to relocating to India, Ravi headed the Program Management Office at AOL Europe in the UK, overseeing the transformation of AOL from an Internet Access Business into an Ad-supported Web-services Business. He has co-founded and built tech companies in the Analytics space. Earlier in his career, Ravi worked at Spark Capital, which had incubated a seed-stage Technology VC, ePowerN Ventures, and was India advisor to Chicago-based search fund, Blackmore Partners.
Ravi sits on the board of privately-held technology companies, and acts as an adviser to public and private corporations in India. Ravi received dual masters in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Mysore, and has been awarded Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) for his seminal work on 'Management Best Practices in Emerging Indian Industries'.
Ronil Sujan has over 20 years experience in banking, investing and entrepreneurship. He has experience with the Rabobank Group for over 15 years in India and Asia. He was a Founder Director in India wherein he built a greenfield corporate finance franchise from scratch (ranked by Bloomberg) and later exited after creating significant value. Subsequently, he led as Managing Director and Head of the Asia-Pacific joint venture with NM Rothschilds which focused on the consumer space.
Ronil began his career in the USA with United Technolgies Corporation in Connecticut where he was an Operations Analyst. He has completed his FMP
from Stanford University, MBA from Texas A&M University and BA from Muhlenberg College, Pennsylvania where he was a Dana Foundation Scholar.
Ronil is currently an active angel investor and serves as Independent
Director on several Boards. He is a Member of the Singapore Institute of
Directors and the Investment Management Association of Singapore. Ronil
spends his time between Singapore and India.
